Return & Refund Policy – Pakeezah Leathercraft

At Pakeezah Leathercraft, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Personal care items, perishable goods, and custom orders are non-returnable.

Note: Customers must pay return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send your order number and clear photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you about the refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash as per your choice.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order.
